| We are located at 202 North Second Avenue in Siler City, NC. "Clapp Tractor" is in the business of selling agricultural equipment and service to the farming community. Haying and poultry farming equipment are our specialties. However, we also sell lawn and garden products and service to the local community. Over half a century has passed since brothers Sam and Ben Clapp founded Clapp Brothers Implement and Tractor Company in the small town of Siler City, NC in 1937. Their relative, Ed Clapp, took over the store until he retired in 1994. The Clapp’s dedication to their customers earned them a reputation in the farming community for being honest and trustworthy. Al Clapp is the son of Ed Clapp and is the newest owner of Clapp Brothers. He is strongly committed to continuing this legacy. Al and his wife, Laura, bought Clapp Brothers in early 2006. They are very excited and proud to be a part of a company which has integrity and has stood the test of time. |
